
This was issued in six vernacular languages, but not in Latin. The motu proprio is accompanied by a letter from the pope to the Catholic bishops of the world. However anĮnglish translation has been published in the Newsletter of the Bishops' Committee on the Liturgy of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The pope also made it much easier for lay people to attend such a Mass if they wish.
